IN-PERSON EVENT: “What does 9/11 mean twenty years later?”
Wednesday, September 15 at 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
“What does 9/11 mean twenty years later?”
It was a Tuesday morning that shook the world, and though many have promised to “never forget,” there’s an entire generation of Americans who have no memory of the attacks. What should they be taught about this world changing event? How was September 11 continued to shape America’s role and reputation in the world? Join us for an intriguing discussion with Professor Matt Warshauer, historian at Central Connecticut State University, as he explores the meaning of 9/11.
This is an in-person event. Please register so that we may set the room up accordingly.
