Agile 101 is an introductory course designed to familiarize participants with the principles and practices of Agile project management. The course covers the basics of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Participants will learn how to apply Agile principles to real-world projects, understand how Agile teams work, and learn how to plan and execute Agile projects using techniques such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. The course will also explore Agile metrics and techniques for measuring success, as well as common challenges and best practices for overcoming them. This course is ideal for project managers, team leads, and professionals looking to increase their knowledge and skills in Agile project management.

This class meets from 7-9pm on 3/7, 3/8, 3/9 and 3/14, /15, 3/16.
Each course is designed and rendered by Industry Experts and are beneficial for mid-career professionals who have some level of business understanding and want to further their skill sets for better career opportunities. Emphasis is on application of tools for applying analytical skills in business settings. To get the maximum benefit out of the course, you should have some experience working with excel files, be able to operate computers and install software as needed.
