Meditation for Peace and Well Being (Virtual Program)

Join Arlene Samsel long time meditator for this deep and engaging meditation workshop.  She lectures regularly on the benefits of meditation and has been practicing herself for over 30 years.  During this workshop she will talk about the journey of finding lasting peace, happiness and a greater sense of wellbeing.  Arlene will share a simple technique of spiritual meditation (explained and practiced during the session) that can help us achieve a lasting state of peace and happiness.  For new or advanced meditators.

Presenter: Arlene Samsel is uniquely qualified and experienced in meditation, public speaking, and the performing arts. She has been an elementary school teacher and has also performed publicly as a musician for many years.  In addition, Arlene was director of a camp where she taught children how to meditate.  She has been meditating for 25 years and has given many meditation workshops and retreats which has enabled her to speak firsthand about the crucial role of meditation in enhancing the daily lives of busy people. Arlene and her husband have raised a family of 3 children and reside in New Brighton, Minnesota.
