Empowering Yourself by Getting Rid of What is No Longer Needed

We hold onto so many negative things, in our thoughts, bodies, and even in our environment. It can lead to counterproductive habitual patterns and emotions which only hold you back from creating who we really want to be. We have the choice to let go and make things better. Bring a pen and paper so that we can examine what we are holding onto, how it has been affecting us, and how we can let go with clarity, honesty and acceptance.
