Gravestone Art, Signs and Symbols
Wednesday, December 9 at 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Cemeteries are filled with images, sculptures, and signs. Learning to decode the symbols on gravestones may supply clues about the era, beliefs, or culture of the times. Connie will take us through common symbols and carvings that can be found in area cemeteries. Think of cemeteries as an outdoor museum you can tour while being socially distanced!
