How Insomnia Affects Your Overall Health

Join Health and Wellness Coach Cynthia Griffin and learn why insomnia, inflammation and unstable weight can be related. You will be introduced to healthy practices that will align you with the circadian rhythms of nature. She will also talk about the what, when and how much of seasonal eating and how that affects the way we feel in our body. You will leave this class with helpful simple tips to feel more rested and energetic.
