IGNITE: All that goes into creating web and mobile apps!

Wednesday, February 24 at 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

IGNITE = Inspiring Girls IN Technology Exploration

What will we be doing this month?

Ever visit your favorite website or spend hours scrolling on an app and wonder how it all works?

Tammy Robinson, a tech community organizer in Charlotte, NC and Programmer at Tighten, has spent the last four years crafting brand experiences for some of the nation’s largest brands. Learn how she started her career in tech, how she continues to navigate her way through a male-dominated industry, and all that goes into creating a website or mobile app.

(The first part of the program, we will get our brains firing to get in the mindset of a web and app developer).

This program is Wed., February 24th, 4:00-5:00 PM for those who identify as girls, in Grades 7-12.
(Kids and teens in Grades 5-12 can sign up here for the interview program by going here)

Girls in Grades 7-12 are encouraged to stay for the full hour.

Sign up for this program to get the Zoom link!

Prior to the program, first time program attendees may receive a call to confirm registration information for safety issues. If we are unable to confirm information, you will not be let in the day of the program.

Registration will CLOSE 1 hour before the program.
