(Virtual Event) Meditation and Forgiveness

Thursday, June 6 at 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Forgiveness means freeing yourself of the past. Often, the biggest challenges in life come from the mind’s disturbances – persistent thoughts, regrets, fears, worries, and long-held grudges. Meditation deepens your understanding of yourself and others, awakens your consciousness, and connects you to your personal inner peace. It opens the door to being able to forgive, both yourself and others.

Please join Arlene Samsel who has been meditating for many years and knows, first hand, the power of meditation, how it can totally transform our lives and bring us the peace and serenity we’re all looking for. There will be a chance to try this out.

Presenter: Arlene Samsel is uniquely qualified and experienced in meditation, public speaking, and the performing arts. She has been an elementary school teacher and has also performed publicly as a musician for many years.  In addition, Arlene was director of a camp where she taught children how to meditate. She has been meditating for 25 years and has given many meditation workshops and retreats which has enabled her to speak firsthand about the crucial role of meditation in enhancing the daily lives of busy people.

Please register; Zoom links will be sent out before the event.
