It provides many life transforming benefits including enhancing our creativity.  By meditating we become relaxed and calm as we come in contact with a state of inner peace and well -being. When we are less stressed we can listen to our inner thoughts. In addition to becoming more creative, it can help us concentrate, focus better and think clearer.  This has a positive direct effect on what we do and also on those around us.

By learning and practicing this simple yet profound technique it will become clear how meditation can enhance your life personally with a sense of well- being and a deep sense of inner peace. Presenter:  Jim Rose, M Ed., Rutgers University, is a retired executive of a fortune 100 company.  He has 35 years of experience in Human Resources management, employee development and conflict resolution. Jim currently gives workshops and training to groups throughout the world where he connects meditation and spiritual development to important aspects of our lives. He has been meditating for over 40 years and now focuses much of his time on his own spiritual development and in helping others who wish to do the same.
