Jesse Maclachlan serves as the state policy and advocacy director for Reason for Hope, a nonprofit supporting research into psychedelic therapies for mental health treatment. As a former 3-term state legislator, he represented the 25th District in the Connecticut State House. Most recently, he organized a team of advocates to pass landmark psychedelic therapy legislation in Connecticut, forming a working group to study the medical benefits of psilocybin.
