We will guide you through some simple, yet powerful techniques to improve your well-being. In this hour you will learn strategies for eating better and sleeping better, and you’ll be guided in some relaxation practices you can begin to use right now. Simple, gentle chair yoga movements will be introduced to help you get the energy moving in your body and quiet your mind. Treat yourself to a Valentine’s gift that will keep on giving long past February 14. Dress comfortably in loose-fitting clothing.
