Dreaming Big: Tales of Nod Road and the Avon Towers

Come hear the fascinating and fun stories of the many people in Avon’s northeast corner who pursued their dreams and made a lasting imprint on the town. They included farmers and merchants who had close connections to a number of famous U.S. citizens.
Scott Lewis is a board member and Treasurer of the Avon Land Trust. With a love of history and nature, he spends much of his time improving and maintaining the hiking trails along the west side of Avon Mountain and at the Wellner Preserve.
