(Virtual Event) Meditation: As a Healing Practice

Meditation has been valued in the East for centuries as beneficial to physical, mental, and spiritual health. Now, Western medicine, through research-based studies is recognizing the efficacy of meditation for improving wellness. Meditation presents proven benefits for spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional health; as well as improved brain function and performance; achieving balance, wellness, and pain management. There is clear and compelling support for the value of meditation for the health of the spirit, upon which the health of the body and mind are based. Join Ajili Hodari Esq, long time meditator for this informative program. There will even be a chance to try this meditation practice.

Presenter: Ajili Hodari, Esq., Lawyer and Motivational Speaker. Attended Michigan State University as a scholar athlete where he received his B.A. and M.A. degrees in Advertising. After a career in the printing and publishing industry in the San Francisco Bay area, he received his law degree from the University of Iowa in 1990. He began his practice of law in Columbus, Ohio. He now practices in Seattle, WA and manages his own firm, Hodari Law Office, PLLC. Ajili has spoken about all aspects of meditation in numerous venues throughout the country.
