Susie Vanderlip has been passionate about gardening and yoga all her life. When she entered her senior years, she became acutely aware of how important it is to prepare the body before gardening, to stop and refresh while gardening, and to relax and absorb the joy after gardening. She combined her love of yoga and gardening into an easy, practical, and essential set of gentle stretches, rotations, and muscle and joint warm-ups to help reduce aches, pains, and potential injuries. She will show you simple but effective yoga techniques that are great for all ages, but especially for mature bodies with limitations, arthritis, back issues and more.
Registration required. A Zoom link and yoga instructions will be emailed to you the day before the program.
