Early photographers in the 1800s created blue images called cyanotypes, also known as sun prints! We will experiment with making cyanotypes, or sun prints, by placing objects on a special paper and exposing the paper to sunlight. Participants are encouraged to bring items from home that you’d like to make prints of!! Or, use some provided by the library. Leaves, feathers, keys, or other objects with a well-defined shape will work best.
