Join author and former college advisor Carrie Firestone for a “Let’s Get the College Essays Done” session

Who: High School Seniors (no parents, please)

Where: Avon Free Public Library

When:  Tuesday, October 10, 6-8 pm

What: We’ll spend a little time streamlining the extracurricular section of the Common App, then focus on meeting students where they are in the essay-writing process. The aim is to leave the session with a solid working personal statement draft.

Extras: Bring whatever ideas or drafts you have (it’s okay if you haven’t started) and a laptop.

This is free of charge and snacks will be provided.
