Prepare with Pedro is a 30- to 45-minute preparedness education program for grades K-2.

What will this program do?

This program teaches children how to BE PREPARED and TAKE ACTION for home fires.

Prepare with Pedro complements The Pillowcase Project in scope and mission, by reading a story about home fires featuring a penguin named Pedro.

Children will learn a coping skill and receive a storybook to share what they have learned at home.

Location: Storytime Room

This event is in partnership with the American Red Cross and AHS teen volunteers who have undergone American Red Cross training.
