Relax before bedtime with stories and stretching!  We’ll share stories, yoga poses, and relaxing music and movement.

Bring your own mat or towel, or use a mat provided by the library. (A limited number of yoga mats are available.)  Caregivers are invited to participate as they feel comfortable.

For children ages 4-6 with a caregiver. (Siblings are always welcome to tag along)

Monday evenings, once a month, at 6:30pm – Register below for the September 11 program.

Meeting on the 2nd floor children’s department.

Registration is required.
