Relax before bedtime with stories, stretches, songs, and movement. Come hear stories, stretch, breathe and explore simple yoga poses!

Bring your own mat or towel, or use a mat provided by the library. (A limited number of yoga mats are available.)  Caregivers are invited to participate as they feel comfortable.

For children ages 4-6 with a caregiver.
