Join us in August to make Shrinky Dinks!!

Friends entering Grades 4-6 can make their own custom Shrinky-Dink charms!

When? Wednesday, August 14, 4:30-5:30 PM

Where?: The Art Studio on the 2nd Floor

What?: BEE YOURSELF is a creative affirming safe space for kids in grades 4-6 to meet up, hang out, and just be! Each month, we will do a different activity, exploring the arts and fun new opportunities.
What are Shrinky-Dinks?? 
Shrinky Dinks are a craft activity that consist of thin, flexible sheets of polystyrene plastic that can be cut and decorated and then baked until they shrink. When heated, the plastic shrinks to about one-third of its original size, but becomes about nine times thicker and more rigid, while retaining its color and shape. The final piece can be used for a variety of things, such as charms and pins.
