Seller Sign Up: Kids and Teen Winter 2025 Craft Fair

Indoors, 2nd Floor Children’s Department, Avon Free Public Library
Who:
Sellers can be kids and teens age 18 and under. The child or teen must be the one selling at the table during the craft fair.
What:
Sell your cool hand-made creations and crafty treasures.
How to Join
- Sellers must sign up online to reserve a table. A limited number of table spaces are available.
- Please describe your craft as specifically as possible when signing up.
- Good example: “Polymer clay necklaces and homemade cake pops.”
- Not enough detail: “Jewelry and baked goods.”
- We will only allow two sellers of the same type of item in order to keep a variety of offerings. If you are not one of the first two with that type of craft, we’ll reach out to adjust what you’re selling.
- Your table is not reserved until you receive an email of approval from library staff (Mary, Dee, or Marisa). Staff will respond during normal library hours of operation.
If you have a photo of your craft, please include it when you email with library staff before your confirmation.
Important Reminders
- All crafts for sale must be 100% kid or teen made.
- We give preference to hand-made items. Factory-made or machine-made products are not allowed.
- To keep the fair focused on hand-made crafts, we ask that you don’t bring 3D printed items to sell.
- Please make sure your child or teen wants to participate before registering them.
- If someone signs up to sell one thing but brings something completely different on the day of the fair (for example, signing up to sell crocheted items but showing up with cookies), Avon Free Public Library may not prioritize their registration for future craft fairs.

Can I work with a friend or sibling?
Yes. Register under one name—you’ll share one table. There will be a question on the form for “other sellers at your table.”
Can I sell food or baked goods?
Yes, you can. Be ready to share a list of ingredients and potential allergens with your buyers.
