It’s time to be a Pokémon hero! Avon Free Public Library presents Pokémon Rescue Force!
You are Pokémon Professor Anise’s newest recruits at Pokémon Rescue Force! Alongside your partner Pokémon, your mission is to keep safe the Pokémon of the world. That dreadful Team Rocket has other ideas, however, so when they kidnap Pokémon from events all over Pantheon City, it’s up to you to save them! Choose your partner Pokémon, collect rescue badges, and help people around Pantheon City! Can you save them all?
This week, Professor Anise has learned that Team Rocket has entered into Pantheon City’s Bicycles for Bellossom, a competition meant to raise money for Bellossom, whose natural habitats are disappearing! Instead, Team Rocket intends to make off with the money–and with the competitors’ partner Pokémon! It’s up to you, your coworkers at the Pokémon Rescue Force, and your partner Pokémon to retrieve the stolen Pokémon and race to the finish line!
Pokémon Rescue Force is fun-sized and adapted for an audience Grades 4-6! Participants should be ready to exercise their creative writing muscle and a little of their math muscle! This game is perfect for fans of Pokémon, The Animal Rescue Agency, and The Puppy Place. Be sure to let us know your favorite Pokémon and favorite color when you sign up so we can have your trainer cards ready to roll!
