As part of the AFPL’s America’s 250th programming:
Inspired by this work by Barbara Kruger we will be exploring digital art that challenges how the world may try to control aspects of ourselves. We will use Canva to create these images and manipulate them to create personal posters of protest, inspired by the great American tradition of resistance.

Prompt: How does the world, media, society, look at you (your class, identities, where you live, what you like, who you like) and how does the world try to control you?
How will you resist that control?
For Teens Grades 7-12.
