Connecticut Clock Industry History with the American Clock & Watch Museum (in-person)

Join us for an in-person presentation by the American Clock & Watch Museum’s Executive Director, Patti Philippon.

The presentation focuses on the clock & watchmaking industries of Connecticut’s past, including the impact of Connecticut manufacturing and the importance of timepieces as historical artifacts as well as family heirlooms. We’ll learn about clockmaking in the area around Avon, too.

The American Clock & Watch Museum celebrates the innovation and artistry of the clock and watch industries through unique collections that engage, educate and enrich its community.
