What is pixel art? – Pixel art is a form of art usually drawn with graphical software where images are built using “pixels” as the only building block.
During this one hour program kids will learn a little about pixel art and how it is made. Using pen and paper they will then be able to plan out their own original pixel art and bring it into reality with the help of Perler (fuse) beads!

Calling all dragon enjoyers, unicorn fanatics, lovers of games and books! Bookwyrms is an afterschool social group for kids ages 7 – 12 to discuss all things geeky & nerdy. Enjoy sharing all your wonderful interests during library programs focused on fantasy/sci-fi book, video games, table top games, role playing, and crafts!
