When? Wednesday, July 23rd, from 4-6 PM
Set-Up Time: Beginning at 3 PM
Fair Time: 4-6 PM
Where? Indoors, 2nd Floor Children’s Department
Who? Sellers can be kids and teens entering Grades 12 and under, or recent graduates from the Class of ’25.
What? Sell your cool creations and crafty treasures.
Sellers must sign-up online to reserve a table. Don’t wait to sign up! A limited number of table spaces are available.
Please note that we will only allow two sellers of the same item in order to keep a variety of offerings.
Please be as specific as possible when describing what you are intending to sell. Please DON’T put ‘jewelry’ and ‘baked goods.’ Describe exactly what your product(s) will be.
Good example: “polymer clay necklaces and home-made cake pops”
We will reach out and ask you to change your inventory if you are not one of the first two to sign up selling that item.
YOUR TABLE IS NOT RESERVED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL OF APPROVAL FROM AFPL STAFF, MARY, DEE, OR MARISA.
Librarians will respond during regular library hours of operation.
Reminders:
All crafts for sale need to be 100% kid & teen made!
Be sure to include in your registration a thorough description of what you will be selling at the fair. Please be as descriptive as possible. (ex. “Earrings made with clay beads” instead of “Jewelry”)
The craft fair is cash only. The nearest ATM to the library is at the American Eagle Credit Union in the Da Vinci’s Pizzeria Plaza, be prepared with cash and change for your buyers on the day of the craft fair.
Frequently Asked Questions:
