Join librarian Ashley Sroka for a presentation on how board gaming has evolved since the days of Candy Land. Leave with information about new and improved game mechanics, popular “Gateway” games and where to find them, and a renewed curiosity about board gaming. Sample some party games, and even stay & play after the presentation if you would like! Registration is required for this in-person event.
The presentation will begin at 5:30 and take approximately one hour.
If you would like to play games after the presentation, or take a look a closer look at some of the games from the presentation, you are welcome to stick around for the Board Game Night starting around 6:30 PM! Light refreshments will be provided.
