Why paper airplanes? There are a few developmental benefits to making paper airplanes, which include patience, control, and fine motor skills. Besides all those benefits, making paper airplanes is good old fun and a great way to play games physically. This program will be focused on teaching three different types of paper airplanes of varying difficulties. If we have enough time at the end of the program, we’ll have a launch-off! Whose paper airplane can fly the furthest? The fastest? The silliest?
When: Saturday, August 23rd at 10:30am-11:30am
Where: Avon Free Public Library Community Room, First Floor
Who: Grades 1-3 (and their adults!)
