Our six mystery authors for the evening are:

Grabtown, Sarah P. Blanchard

Instead of an inheritance, their mother left them a 40-year-old unsolved murder and a history they may not want to know.

Deadly Ripples, Penny Goetjen

In this slow burn, murder-mystery-meets-family saga, Kathryn is hellbent on finding answers about her beloved uncle’s suspicious death, while putting her own life in danger tangling with those who wanted him dead, and it all goes down in deceptively charming Charleston.

Live, Local, and Long Dead, Nikki Knight

Vermont DJ Jaye Jordan’s Green-Up Day ends in murder when not one, but two, bodies turn up in an old park—and one of them was much too close to both her ex and her current man, forcing her to join her colorful friends in solving a cold case, and a colder one…all while running the radio station, handling the school run, and getting Grandpa Seymour to the Senior Prom on time.

Cheddar off Dead, Korina Moss

In this culinary cozy mystery, cheesemonger Willa Bauer enlists her motley cheese shop crew to help her investigate which of their shop neighbors framed her for the murder of a local food critic.

An Obsession with Murder, Jennifer Schiff

It’s Monk meets Gilmore Girls in this fun new Connecticut mystery featuring an OCD librarian out to solve her therapist’s murder.

Buried Under Books, Carole Shmurak

Soon after Susan Lombardi’s stay-at-home husband decides to join a library book group, he is dragged into a mystery when the erudite leader of the group disappears; now it’s Susan’s turn to say, “Leave it to the police.” This is book five in the series.
