Longevity is not about living forever, it is about regenerating your body, energy, and spirit to have the fullest possible life at any age. Tai Chi and Qigong contain many methods for physical and energetic rejuvenation. In these participatory workshops, you will be introduced to movements and other techniques that with regular practice promote aspects of healthy aging.
You are welcome to attend any or all of these standalone classes. These gentle practices are appropriate for adults of any age. Anyone with severe medical conditions, major injuries, and/or serious mental health issues should consult with appropriate health care providers before registering, and request permission from the instructor. It is recommended that you wear loose, comfortable clothing and preferably flat footwear.
Certified Instructor Don Myers has 40 years of experience as a practitioner and teacher of Tai Chi, Qigong/Neigong, and Taoist Meditation methods. His main teacher is Taoist Lineage Master Bruce Frantzis (founder of Energy Arts).
