Join us for the first of two virtual “Crash Courses in Pasta and Ravioli Making” this fall with the Avon Free Public Library. Guests are brought through the entire process of making fresh pasta and ravioli, from flour and eggs, all the way to using a hand crack machine, or rolling pin to roll out your dough in the first class. Then learn the tips and tricks to making wonderful homemade ravioli on the second class. Ingredients lists will be provided so you can follow around at home.
