The program will be led by composting educator Bob Lavorgna (UCONN Advanced Master Gardener & UCONN Master Composter), who brings extensive hands-on experience and a passion for sustainable gardening. He has also mentored students in the UConn Master Gardener Program and presented gardening and composting programs throughout northwestern Connecticut.
In addition, Bob has shared Composting Basics at the Simsbury Sustainability Fair and served as a Garden Associate at White Flower Farm, assisting customers with plant design, selection, and care.
