Meaningful Connections: C&C’s Pathway to Human Potential and Friendship (virtual)

If you’ve visited the Avon Library on a Tuesday morning in the past three years, you’ve seen a group of men chatting away in the atrium. They’re focused, connected, and engaged.  In this virtual conversation, we’ll share the origins of the Avon Library’s Tuesday Morning Discussion Group, C&C (Conversations and Camaraderie), and how it has innovatively inspired retired men to form new friendships.

This group started three years ago, and has grown beyond the Avon community.  Our panelists will include the two founders, an initial member, and a librarian.  Find out how a simple request to meet at the library blossomed into a supportive, beneficial group for the community.
