Recently, the U.S. Supreme Court has taken on a predominant role in our governmental system. This talk will focus on the actions of the justices in the last term including the controversial decisions, their expanded use of the emergency docket, and the key cases coming this fall.
About our presenter: Dr. Robbin Smith is a Professor and Department Chair of the Political Science Department at Central Connecticut State University, and serves as the Faculty Liaison to the First-Year Program.
