DESCRIPTION:New England Smart Energy\, the Town of Avon’s partner in EnergizeCT\, will be sharing information about the Energize CT program\, which offers no-cost Home Energy Assessments to eligible Connecticut renters and homeowners.  The goal of these assessments is to make residents’ homes safer\, healthier\, and more comfortable\, while helping them identify ways to lower energy consumption\, carbon emissions\, and utility bill costs.  Some benefits are based on income eligibility\, while others are open to everyone.  For more information about the Energize CT Program\, see the following link: https://www.energizect.com/about
